But, back to important Trip Planning information. It is Friday, after all!
This week, we’re bringing in the biggest trip planner of all, Siera Duiser. As a part of the team at Destinations in Florida, they’re working hard to help you book your vacation, aid in allergy-related requests, and getting you a great deal in a special block of rooms set out for the event.
Destinations in Florida is a Florida-based company specializing in planning vacations to Florida (including Disney), and have extensive experience working with private events and food allergies.
We thought you might have some questions (and you’re welcome to email us with more!) so here’s a few of the most frequently asked ones to get you started.
1. What are the benefits of planning with Destinations in Florida?
There are many perks to booking with Siera at Destinations in Florida! Siera will become your personal travel specialist to help answer any questions you have along the way. She can help with itinerary planning (if you visit the theme parks), dining reservations, and discount watching to make sure you get the best deal possible! She also sends MousePerks to you every week which are tips and tricks to help you get ready and excited about your upcoming vacation!
2. Do I have to live in the Florida area in order to book with you?
No! We work guests all over the country and all over the world to help you plan your vacation. We can talk by email or phone, whichever you prefer.
3. Can you help me book my Advance Dining Reservations and deal with food allergies?
Absolutely. I can help you make any dining reservations that you’d like. I will note any dietary requests or restrictions on all dining reservations and even help you complete a form to add to your resort reservation to help with any quick service dining locations, too. However, we can help with the resort reservation and you can still remain in control of your dining reservations.
4. Do I have to stay at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort, since that is where it is hosted?
No! We do have discounted rates at Coronado Springs for convenience of traveling to and from the conference as well as Pop Century and Animal Kingdom Lodge. However, we can help you plan to stay at any of the resorts that you’d like!
5. Can I add a few nights before or after the conference to visit the theme parks?
Yes! As long as there is availability at your resort, we can help you extend your stay so you can enjoy some time at the theme parks!
6. How much extra does it cost to book with a travel agent?
Nothing! My services are completely free to you, but as mentioned above, you do get extra perks included with your reservation. As an authorized Disney vacation planner, Disney pays us to help you plan your vacation.
7. Do I have to stay at a Disney resort to book with you?
No. If you would prefer to stay off-site, we can help with that as well!
8. Can I add theme park tickets and/or a dining plan to my reservation?
Yes! We actually have discounted theme park tickets available if you are staying at Pop Century, Coronado Springs, or Animal Kingdom Lodge with our discounted rates. You can also add a dining plan to your reservation so you won’t have to complete your vacation package and have even less to worry about!
