The team at #FACCWDW is excited to finally unveil our Keynote Speaker for the first Food Allergy & Celiac Convention. Gary Jones, the current Culinary Dietary Specialist for Walt Disney Parks and Resorts will be headlining our convention with an informative presentation about what it takes to make Disney Special Diet dining as magical as it is. As a chef involved in creating and implementing meals for healthy lifestyles and special needs, Gary will be providing guests with everything they wanted to know about Disney and their special diets protocols.
Gary Jones is a 1978 graduate of Johnson and Wales University. For the past 28 years he has had a wide range of opportunities working in catering, fine dining, quick service, family style, buffets and on the opening training team of Disneyland Paris all with the Walt Disney World Company. Gary has worked as a professional recruiter hiring hospitality staff and culinarians internationally, Managing Chef Instructor for The Disney Institute Chef de Cuisine for Disney’s Grand Floridian Beach Resort and Chef de Cuisine for Disney’s Wilderness Lodge and Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resorts.
