As a premier manufacturer of natural gluten-free products (made in a soy, dairy, gluten, and nut-free facility), it’s no surprise why folks flock to their wide array of options.
Their product line includes Pop Potato and Quinoa Crisp snacks, brown rice pasta, chow mein noodles, sugar cones and dessert cups, flatbread crisps, cous cous, and more (including a sneak peek, below!) Here’s a little bit of what goes on behind the scenes at Goldbaums headquarters:
1. What’s the craziest/funniest/most memorable time you’ve experienced with an Goldbaums fan?
An elderly woman once approached our staff at a gluten free expo, pointing to the Goldbaums’ ice cream cones. She said her 2 grandchildren suffered from celiac disease, and whenever they stop by her house for a visit, the first thing they do is open up her pantry and take a grab of what they call “grandma’s magic box”… the box containing Goldbaum’s gluten free ice cream cones.
2. Like Winnie the Pooh, we get “rumbly in our tumblies” and need snacks. What Goldbaums product is your go-to snack?
Our newest product, which we recently launched – Goldbaum’s kale chips. It’s available in 4 flavors: BBQ, Cracked Pepper, Touch of Salt, and Salt and Vinegar.
3. For an quick and easy snack, we love dipping your French Onion Flatbread Crisps in garlicky hummus. What is your favourite topping for the other three flavors?
That would differ according to people’s taste buds. We like it plain too, without any toppings.
