Detailed Schedule

Friday, November 21st

1:00pm to 4:00pm – Pre-Registration

Attendees will have the opportunity to pre-register for the event weekend at Veracruz North Registration at the host site, Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort. This is available for anyone who would like to purchase convention tickets or dining tickets (both are subject to availability). Attendees who have pre-purchased tickets do not need to attend.

 


 

Saturday, November 22nd

7:00am to 4:00pm – Registration

Attendees who would like to purchase convention tickets (subject to availability) are able to upon arrival at the event. Gift bags are available at registration. There are limited Gift Bags, so be sure to get yours upon arrival! (And you’ll want to wear it–yes, wear it!–for all of your convention goodies!)

Starting at 7:00am – Gift Bag Pick-Up

Those who purchased tickets in advance may pick up their Gift Bag at Veracruz North Registration. One Gift Bag per person is included with ticket purchases. There are limited Gift Bags, so be sure to get yours upon arrival! (And you’ll want to wear it–yes, wear it!–for all of your convention goodies!) Note: These are available on a first-come, first serve basis and are available; advance ticket purchases will not ensure a Gift Bag.

9:00am to 10:00am – Brers’ Breakfast Buffet

9:00am to 5:00pm – Vendor Expo

Your convention ticket includes full access to the Vendor Expo. Stay tuned for details of Extra Magic available during the event, including:

  • Exclusive at-booth demonstrations
  • A Kids Corner, sponsored by Schar
  • Demos and speaker sessions from members of the Disney culinary team and established professionals from the industry, including keynote speaker session by Disney’s Culinary Dietary Specialist, Gary Jones (details and times below)
  • Raffles, giveaways, and a silent auction
  • A youth-driven subset for teens and college-aged attendees
  • And more!
